Анотація
Лімфогенне метастазування є однією з причин розвитку рецидиву після операцій з приводу раку прямої кишки (РПК). Метастатичне ураження лімфатичних вузлів є одним з важливих факторів несприятливого прогнозу у хворих на РПК. Застосування розширеної лімфаденектомії могло б покращити віддалені результати лікування.
