ТОВЩИНА КОМПЛЕКСУ ІНТИМА-МЕДІА ЗАГАЛЬНОЇ СОННОЇ АРТЕРІЇ У ДІТЕЙ З АРТЕРІАЛЬНОЮ ГІПЕРТЕНЗІЄЮ

Анотація
Резюме. У переважної більшості (91,7%) підлітків з артеріальною гіпертензією не залежно від перебігу захворювання (лабильное або стабільне) виявлено потовщення каротидного комплексу інтима-медіа (КІМ), в середньому в 1,35 рази перевищує нормативні значення. Відзначено пряма кореляційна залежність між товщиною каротидного КІМ і средненочной артеріальним тиском систоли (r = 0,55, Р <0,05).
