НЕСТЕРОЇДНІ ПРОТИЗАПАЛЬНІ ПРЕПАРАТИ ТА АРТЕРІАЛЬНА ГІПЕРТЕНЗІЯ - ПРОБЛЕМА СУЧАСНОЇ КАРДІОЛОГІЇ

Анотація
Резюме. Нестероїдні протизапальні препарати (НПЗП) призначаються більш ніж третині хворих з артеріальною гіпертензією (АГ). Одним з можливих небажаних ефектів НПЗП є ініціація АГ з дестабілізацією її перебігу: розвиток інфаркту міокарда, інсульту серцевої недостатності. Підвищення ризику серцево-судинних подій визначається ендотеліальною дисфункцією, порушенням синтезу оксиду азоту, рівнем оксидантного стресу і ступенем підвищення артеріального тиску. Для профілактики дестабілізації АГ слід здійснювати адекватний контроль артеріального тиску і своєчасно корегувати анти- гіпертензивну терапію.
