IGG4 - АСОЦІЙОВАНІ ЗАХВОРЮВАННЯ - НОВА КЛАСИФІКАЦІЙНА ОДИНИЦЯ В РЕВМАТОЛОГІЇ
Анотація
Резюме. У даній статті представлені літературні дані останніх років щодо нової класифікаційної одиниці в ревматології - 1дС4-асоційованих захворювань. Продемонстровано патогенетична роль lgG4, лигандов фактора некрозу пухлин BAFF і APRIL, Т і В-лімфоцитів, а також різних цитокінів в розвитку даної патології. Коротко викладені клінічні прояви, методи діагностики і підходи до лікування 1дС4-асоційованих захворювань.
