Застосування ендоскопічного лігування та порто-системного шунтування на етапах лікування дітей з портальною гіпертензією

Анотація
Одним з найбільш небезпечних укладнень у дітей з допечінковою формою портальної гіпертензії (ПГ) є кровотеча з варикозно розширених вен (ВРВ) стравоходу та шлунку. Систематизація літературних джерел свідчить, що питання щодо вибору оптимального методу та строків проведення профілактики кровотеч з ВРВ у дітей залишається дискутабельним. Основною метою нашого дослідження було визначення оптимальної тактики профілактичного лікування кровотеч з ВРВ у дітей з допечінковою формою ПГ. Отримані результати зазначають, що оптимальною тактикою профілактичного лікування кровотеч з ВРВ при допечінковій формі ПГ у дітей може бути комбінація ендоскопічного та хірургічного методів лікування.
