Submission Package (3 Files)

Manuscript (.doc / .docx)
Author Declaration and License Agreement (.pdf, signed by all authors)
Author Information Form and Checklist (.docx / .pdf, signed by the corresponding author)

Additionally (where applicable), the following documents must be submitted:

  1. A Statement on the Use of Artificial Intelligence — if relevant tools were used during manuscript preparation;
  2. *A copy of the Ethics Committee meeting protocol indicating the protocol number and date of approval — for original research articles and case reports;
  3. *A copy of the official decision of the Ethics Committee confirming that the study did not require ethical approval, including the decision number and date — in cases where ethical approval was not required for original research articles or case reports;
  4. Written informed consent from the patient(s) for participation in the study and publication of materials — for clinical studies and case reports;
  5. Original files of figures, tables, appendices, and other illustrative materials in their editable format — if included in the manuscript.

*For authors affiliated with Bogomolets National Medical University, ethical approval of research is issued by the NMU Bioethics Committee. Information on the procedure for document submission and bioethical review is available on the official university website.

Subject: SUBMISSION: [Section] – [First Author’s Surname]
Email body: article title (in Ukrainian and/or English), article type, and journal section.

Manuscript Acceptance and Publication Timeline

Manuscripts are accepted year-round.
Publication is free of charge, ensuring equal access to scientific communication.

Article submission languages: Ukrainian or English.
Submission of materials in Russian is discontinued.

Priority is given to English-language manuscripts.
Approximate processing time:

  • for English manuscripts — 60–150 days;
  • for Ukrainian manuscripts — 90–180 days.

Publication frequency: the journal is issued quarterly (4 times per year).
