Regulation on the Ukrainian Scientific Medical Youth Journal (USMYJ) defines the legal, organizational, and editorial framework of the journal, its structure, policies, and publication procedures.

The document regulates manuscript requirements, submission and peer-review processes, principles of academic integrity, ethical standards for research, policies on plagiarism prevention, conflicts of interest, and the use of artificial intelligence, as well as procedures for editorial decisions, corrections, and retractions.

The Regulation ensures transparency, objectivity, and compliance of the journal's activities with international standards of publication ethics (COPE, ICMJE), guarantees the quality of scientific publications, and safeguards the rights of authors and all participants in the publication process.

Accreditation

The journal is included in the List of Professional Scientific Publications of Ukraine in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated July 2, 2020, No. 886.
