  • Experimental studies: include sampling principles, group allocation, methods (experimental, clinical, histological), and statistical analysis. Ethics approval must be stated.
  • Clinical studies: describe study design (treatment, prevention, diagnosis, etc.), inclusion/exclusion criteria, number of observations, and statistical methods. Licensed software must be indicated.
  • Case reports: the section is replaced by “Case Presentation” and should describe diagnostic and treatment algorithms according to international guidelines.

Methods must be described in sufficient detail to allow reproducibility.

Results
Present the main findings clearly and logically, using appropriate statistical methods, including p-values and error measures.

Figures, Tables, and Illustrations

  • Must be created using MS Office or compatible software
  • Minimum resolution: 1080p
  • Each element must be numbered and titled
  • No landscape orientation
  • All elements must be described in the text
  • Consider that the print version is black and white

Discussion
Interpret results, compare with previous studies, evaluate significance, strengths and limitations, and future perspectives.

Conclusions

This section should clearly summarize the main findings of the study and address the stated aim. The conclusions must reflect the scientific novelty, practical significance, and potential applicability of the results. Repetition of results without synthesis or introduction of new data not presented in the main text is not permitted.
